What a whirlwind of a day we had! Even though it was the first weekend of September, we had one of the hottest days yet this summer. Everyone was in high spirits and honestly, were troopers for the heat we endured. We traveled all over Buffalo from downtown, to the outer harbor, Buffalo murals all the way back to City Hall. With a solid crew behind them, we made beautiful images from location to location. Once back at the Westin, it was fun from there on out. A short but impactful ceremony led to dancing and more dancing for the rest of the night! Elena’s family being from mostly from Macedonia, we reveled in all the traditional dances that really brought the entire room together as one. It was a truly magnificent day and I am so happy to have been a part of it!
Brian & Jackie are one of the sweetest couples I have met in quite some time. From the moment they did their first look, I could tell how in love they were and especially how easily they could make each other laugh. These two did away with most of the traditional parts of a wedding and stuck to the basics to ensure that the most fun was had. The reception got wild and I had an absolute blast being a part of their day. Best of luck to you both!
I think we were all a little entranced last Friday when the city was completely engulfed in this fog that made it almost impossible to see ten feet in front of you. It was other worldly, almost as if you had stepped into another realm. Well, at least it was that way for me. My imagination tends to run a bit wild. Overall, I think all of the WNY photographers could unanimously agree that this was like a dream to photograph in, so you better believe I took full advantage. Here's our foggy city at its finest!
