Butterblock Christmas

I thought my job couldn't get any better, that was until Colleen asked me to photograph some of her amazing creations that she makes for her company Butterblock based right here in Buffalo. Colleen hand makes each and every one of her desserts to perfection whether it be a apple pie pop tart pastry all the way to a Gâteau Basque featured below. I was so graciously given a slice of this cake after we were done and oh my, this thing is heavenly. Enough of my gushing about these fabulous desserts, go try some for yourself.
